Our Story
HostedPCI was founded in 2009 to solve a challenge many businesses faced: reducing PCI DSS scope without sacrificing control over the checkout experience.
At the time, merchants often had to redirect customers to external payment pages to keep cardholder data outside their own systems. HostedPCI developed secure hosted payment capture, independent tokenization, and vaulting solutions that allowed businesses to keep the customer experience within their own applications while preventing raw card data from entering systems that did not need it.
As payment security needs expanded beyond eCommerce, HostedPCI introduced secure solutions for contact centers. In 2011, we launched our assisted IVR solution, enabling agents to remain engaged with customers while card details are securely captured outside the agent environment.
Today, HostedPCI supports organizations with secure payment capture, tokenization, vaulting, IVR payments, multi-gateway connectivity, and payment orchestration designed to reduce PCI scope and give businesses greater control over their payment architecture.
HostedPCI has maintained PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider compliance for 15+ consecutive years.
